Mom's Day Card

This card was created for friends of mine for Mother's Day. The Tulips are made from the "WING" of the BIRD from the TWO-STEP BIRD PUNCH.  The leaves are from the same punch as well. Dotted Swiss Embossing Folder ( White)  The OVAL Sizzix DIE was used to create the OVAL SHAPE on this card.
